Sustainability at Bamta Plastics,

At Bamta Plastics, sustainability isn’t a side project—it’s how we design, source, produce, and deliver recycled plastic granules that perform reliably in the real world.

Our Purpose

We turn post-industrial and post-consumer plastic waste into consistent, high-performance HDPE and PP granules—helping manufacturers reduce virgin plastic use, cut emissions intensity, and keep valuable materials in circulation.

What We Make—Responsibly

How Customers Can Partner With Us

Specify recycled content targets in your BoMs—we’ll align grades and supply plans.
Send us your scrap for toll reprocessing (where feasible).
Joint trials: We co-engineer MFI/impact/color to meet your tooling and cycle-time goals.
Share demand forecasts to optimize runs and reduce changeover waste.
1

Circularity in Action

Responsible sourcing: Traceable feedstock from vetted partners; preference for segregated streams that minimize contamination. Toll reprocessing (optional): We can convert your own production scrap into usable granules, closing your loop. Documentation: Batch-wise production and quality records available on request.

2

Clean Processing & Quality

Batch-wise testing: MFI, density, color, tensile/impact (as applicable). Stability: Process windows designed to minimize variation and downtime. Compliance support: On request, we provide RoHS/REACH-style declarations (where applicable to the product) and material data sheets. Note: Food-contact or medical compliance is application-specific—please consult our team with your standards and testing needs.

3

Resource Efficiency (Reduce • Reuse • Recover)

Energy: High-efficiency motors and process optimization to lower kWh/ton. Water: Recirculation and housekeeping to cut consumption and loss. Waste: Internal scrap is captured for re-use; focus on zero avoidable landfill. Emissions: Preference for regional feedstock/logistics to reduce transport intensity where feasible.

4

Packaging & Logistics

Material-appropriate bags: Recyclable packaging and clear labeling for safer handling. Right-sized shipments: Load planning to reduce damage, returns, and fuel waste. Take-back (pilot): Where viable, support for packaging/liner recovery with partners.

we’re here to all your questions

Typically no—our recycled grades are for industrial/non-food applications unless explicitly tested and approved for your standard. Talk to us about requirements.

In most cases, yes. We’ll run lab trials and provide a test batch before scale-up.

Yes—batch-wise MFI and standard checks; extended tests can be arranged via accredited labs.

We provide material origin and recycled-content documentation supportive of your EPR workflows.
